Part 4: Challenge 4 - Making the Most of Your Time

Many coaches complain about being at the mercy of the clock.

"There are only so many billable hours in the day."
" There is a natural ceiling to my income."

These coaches are frustrated with the natural limits imposed on them by the traditional coaching model. They bill for the hours that they coach. They don't bill for the hours that they are engaged in marketing activities, networking or making sales, and if they are busy coaching, then their revenue slides.
