By now, you already know that this year’s conference has an impressive line-up of world-renowned speakers!
But did you know that our HR and L&D community will also be in the spotlight at Reflections 2017? As an example, three HR and L&D leaders will share their best practices getting started with CoachingOurselves, deploying, and using it within organizations. You will hear their methods for training internal facilitators, engaging participants, generating impact, and evaluating the results for organizations.
Hear stories from:
- Melissa Hartley, former L&D leader at Staples Canada, will explain the typical stages of a CoachingOurselves implementation and expansion into an organization with hundreds of retail stores across the country.
- Jay Rhodes, Senior Director for Global L&D for BCD Travel, a 13,000 employee travel management organization spread across the world, will share their successes and lessons learned deploying CoachingOurselves peer-coaching across a global organization.
- Cynthia Smith, Dean of Health and Human Services at Camosun College, will share how CoachingOurselves’ modules helped the team to strengthen their ability to work together, allowed them to establish a shared mindset, and finally, advanced their leadership and management practices.
The 2-day pass gives you access to all conference sessions, workshops, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, drinks at the networking event, and full access to the Rebalancing Society day!
For those that are focused on Social Change we have an option for a 1-day ticket for the Rebalancing Society event. This is a parallel event focused on social change, based on Henry Mintzberg’s “Rebalancing Society” work, for L&D or operational leaders interested in learning from and working with leaders of other sectors for positive change. We will have a very interactive discussion panel with Jean-Martin Aussant, Executive Director of the Chantier de l’Économie sociale and Owen Charters, Board of Directors of Imagine Canada.
